Tending the Soul

Tending the Soul is a program designed to train individuals in Missional Spiritual Direction and Congregational Formation. The program will offer training in both one-on-one spiritual direction and group/congregational direction and formation as well as provide skills for leadership within their local congregations, districts, and conference. By the end of the first year, participants will be encouraged to discern the unique way in which they are being called to live out this ministry. The training will occur during six retreats, each four days in duration, spread over a two-year period, these retreats will be offered at one of the conference Camp & Retreat Centers.
