EQUITABLE COMPENSATION
The Commission on Equitable Compensation (CEC) of the Upper New York Annual Conference advocates for fair compensation and benefits for full-time clergy. It recommends minimum compensation standards, administers salary supplement grants, provides advisory resources, and develops arrearage policies to help ensure churches can adequately support their pastors.
COMMISSION ON EQUITABLE COMPENSATION GRANT APPLICATION
The Equitable Compensation Grant provides salary assistance to eligible churches with a pastor under full-time appointment or an elder serving under a part-time appointment. Applications for the January–June 2027 grant period are due October 28, 2026, and must include all required documentation.
