The Council on Finance & Administration (CFA) establishes financial policies, recommends the annual conference budget, and proposes Ministry Shares that sustain connectional ministry at both the conference and denominational levels. Composed of elected clergy and lay members, the council monitors conference finances, collaborates with other conference committees and the General Council on Finance & Administration, and presents financial recommendations to the Annual Conference for consideration and action.
