The Benefits Office of the Upper New York Conference fulfills the mission of being God’s love to our neighbors in all places by caring for those who serve. The Benefits Office connects with clergy to promote the five areas of health: physical, emotional, spiritual, social and financial.​

CONFERENCE LEADERSHIP TEAM
The Conference Leadership Team stewards the mission and vision of the Upper New York Conference. It provides clarity and alignment across regions and districts, helps Upper New York identify and implement strategies for greater faithfulness and fruitfulness, and fosters an environment of healthy accountability.​

ARCHIVES & HISTORY
Archives & History preserves the rich history and legacy of Methodism in Upper New York. We collect, safeguard, and provide access to historical records, documents, and artifacts that tell the story of our churches, clergy, and ministries. Our work ensures that the faith, witness, and ministry of past generations inspire and inform the discipleship and mission of today and tomorrow.​

TRUSTEES
The Board of Trustees of the Upper New York Conference provides oversight and stewardship of the conference’s property, assets, and legal responsibilities. They ensure that all real and financial resources are managed responsibly, in alignment with the mission and values of The United Methodist Church. The board plays a vital role in supporting ministry by safeguarding the conference’s resources for the present and future.​

ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Every spring, clergy and lay members gather together to worship, make decisions, and oversee the mission and ministry for United Methodists of Upper New York. This time of holy conferencing allows members to vote on the budget, petitions, resolutions, and recommendations that shape the life of the conference. while supporting local churches, equipping leaders, and managing shared ministries. ​
