LOCAL PASTOR LICENSING SCHOOL
The Local Pastor Licensing School (LPLS) of the Upper New York Annual Conference prepares United Methodists for pastoral leadership through foundational training, peer learning, and faculty engagement. Participants should have or be in the process of becoming a certified candidate.

Local Pastor Licensing School is held every spring. The 2026 Upper New York Local Pastor Licensing School will be May 18-24, 2026 at Sky Lake Camp & Retreat Center.
