Welcome to the Northern Flow District of Upper New York. Nestled among lakes, rivers, and mountains in the heart of New York's North Country, you will find more than 70 United Methodist churches in our district endeavoring to be the loving presence of Christ in their communities and beyond. 

Churches surrounding Fort Drum offer special welcome to military families, and hope that all will find a spiritual home among the followers of Christ. Our congregations also welcome those vacationing in this beautiful part of God's creation, and pray that visitors will be blessed by our Christian hospitality. Our prayer is that Christ's love will embrace each person with whom we connect, and that together, we may share the joy of serving Christ in the world.
