NYS Sexual Harassment Policy Information

New York State employers must provide employees with sexual harassment prevention training upon hire and on an annual basis. For this year, the training must be completed by all current employees and new hires by October 9, 2019. Information and links for materials and online training can be found here. Other forms for your use are: resolution form, a policy template, complaint form and pastoral policy.
Please remember to send a copy of your harassment policy and updated Safe Sanctuary policy (if applicable) to the district office!
