Global Ministries Team

The Conference Global Ministries team recruits, interviews, and recommends people being called to become missionaries of the General Board of Global Ministries (GBGM). Once commissioned and deployed, the team encourages churches to be supporters of the missionaries and helps coordinate visits to the churches when the missionaries return home. The Global Ministries team maintains the list of Conference Advance Specials as missions and ministries to be supported by local churches throughout the Conference. This year the team has also taken on the oversight and promotion of the Africa University Endowed Scholarship for the Conference.
