Who We Are
Thank you for your interest in working for the Upper New York Conference of The United Methodist Church. Our organization provides administrative resources and support to approximately 900 United Methodist Churches located in the Upper New York Area. We employ approximately 100 year-round employees at our Conference Office in central New York, six camp and retreat centers, and 12 district offices across New York State, as well as 150 seasonal staff at our camp and retreat centers. Our vision is to “live the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to be God’s love with our neighbors in all places," and this work is accomplished through the partnership of several different ministry areas:
