Reservations Specialist – Casowasco Camp and Retreat Center, located on the beautiful Owasco Lake in Moravia, NY is seeking an experienced Reservation Specialist. This position is hourly, non-exempt. Hours are generally Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm. The individual in this role may occasionally be needed to assist with special events held on weekends.
We provide facilities for any groups looking for a fun, welcoming, peaceful environment to hold a retreat, team building event, field trips, staff meetings, conferences, banquets/weddings. We also host Christian summer camps for campers ages 6-17. Visit our website for more details.
The Reservation Specialist is primarily responsible for the administration of program/hospitality services, including but not limited to, marketing the site and its programs, answering questions from potential guests about our site and its offerings, providing tours, booking reservations.
