    Peace with Justice 2015 honor roll

    Peace with Justice Sunday is this Sunday, May 22! If you’re not ready, please feel free to reschedule it to suit the needs of your congregation. The special Sunday offerings are not just about money, but giving everyone an opportunity to support ministries they are passionate about. As for participation, even $1 counts!

    I wanted to take a moment to recognize two groups of churches who have made an impression on me as I have studied the 2015 Peace with Justice Report. The 19 churches who participated for the fist time and the nearly 60 churches who participated for the past five years.

    I appreciate all congregations who have participated over the years and want to encourage everyone to consider taking the Peace with Justice Sunday offering. Remember, half of the receipts stay right here in UNY to support justice ministries – projects, workshop, etc. Find the grant application here.
