Bishop’s words to clergy in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic

On Mar. 17, 2020, as the COVID-19 pandemic began changing the world in ways that would have been hard to imagine even just a couple months earlier, Upper New York Area Resident Bishop, Mark J. Webb, wrote his first in a series of letters to the clergy of the Upper New York Conference.
