Equitable Compensation Grant applications for January to June 2026 are now available. The deadline to submit a completed application is October 31

The Commission on Equitable Compensation has created a new fillable application process online for churches looking to request an equitable compensation grant for their pastor. This new application and guidelines for salary grants to local churches is available to churches as authorized in The Book of Discipline.

To apply for salary assistance from the Equitable Compensation Fund, applicants should review the policies and procedures in the application document for guidance, and then complete the application according to the directions provided.

Please read through the application thoroughly and provide all required documentation. Lack of required information could result in the denial of your application.

NOTE: The new application is a fillable form and you can start, save, and complete the information later if needed. You can tab or click to move to the next section. If you need any assistance with the form, please contact the Conference office at (315) 898-2000.

The Commission on Equitable Compensation anticipates notifying churches of its determination by mid-December 2025.
