Appointment Transition Resources

As United Methodists, we have practice in pastoral transition. The Upper New York Conference now has a guide for congregations and pastors as they walk through the transition. Designed to begin soon after the change of appointment is announced, and continue through the first year of the new appointment, the guide gives a step-by-step process. Your District Superintendent can help you to get started in the process.
