ministries / New Faith Communities
This two-day boot camp, taught by Bill Vallet and Dave Masland, is for anyone planting a New Faith Community in Upper New York. If you are planting, or thinking about planting an NFC, this training is for you!
What is Launchpad?
Launchpad is an intensive crash course in the first five “Seasons of Planting," including discerning, visioning, gathering, worshiping, and disciplining. It is designed for lead planters to attend, along with two to four other team members. The more people who attend from your team, the stronger the impact of the training on your team, and ultimately, on your New Faith Community (NFC). The intended outcome of the two days is for each team to leave with a detailed six-month action plan. Most important is the work you will do to sharpen your vision for your NFC.
Who should attend?
Launchpad is geared towards two groups of people:
- Any person who believes God is calling them to plant a new place for new people in their community, and hopes to develop the seed of an idea.
- Every lead planter of a New Faith Community should attend Launchpad at least once, along with 2 or more other people from their core team. It does not matter where you are in the planting process (whether you are 12 months away from launching, or 12 months into your launch)! Some have attended more than once, with better results the second time through!
When is it and how much does it cost?
Launchpad will be held February 1- 2, 2019. It costs $99 for the lead planter, and $25 per person for each additional team member PLUS, the cost of staying in a nearby hotel and supper one night. Lunch is provided for both days and included in the cost.
