Upper New York Annual Conference Scholarships and Grants
Preference is given to those entering some form of Christian service. A statement of your faith journey and philosophy of life is given high consideration. All application materials for this scholarship must be postmarked by April 19, 2019. Application materials required for this scholarship include:

*Suggestion: If emailing application materials, documents sent in PDF are most likely to retain formatting. You will also need to give copies of the Membership Certification to your Pastor and the Recommendation Form to your other recommender. Forms and questions may be emailed to email@example.com.
Applications for the Ercil Cady Grant are available now through May 3, 2019. Grant(s) of up to $5,000 may be awarded to individual United Methodists, local UM churches, or Upper New York District and Conference ministry teams. As directed by the originator of the Ercil Cady Grant, priority shall be given to educational proposals that benefit minority groups or individuals, preferably black and American Indians. The deadline to apply for the next round of Peace with Justice grants is April 30, 2019.
