Tammy McAdam is the new Northern Flow District Administrative Assistant. She has an associate’s degree in Business Administration and has worked in business roles for over 30 years.

Currently, Tammy is undergoing training for her District Administrative Assistant position. She said, “Training is going very well. All the other AAs and Mary (Bradley) have been helpful…I am mostly learning by doing, which is the way that works best for me—hands on!”

Northern Flow District Superintendent Mike Weeden said, “I am so grateful that Tammy has joined the ministry of our District and Annual Conference.  The ministry of being an Administrative Assistant in the District office is distinct. Tammy brings her unique gifts and talents to share and enhance our ministry.  And, she joins me in helping support, equip, and serve the churches of the District and the Annual Conference as we ‘Make Disciples of Jesus Christ for the Transformation of the World’.  We seek the prayers of the District and the Annual Conference as we grow in ministry together and to support Tammy as she gets accustomed to the unique ministries, questions, and concerns that make up ministry in the Northern Flow District!”

Tammy is thrilled about her new position; she said, “I know there are a good number of people in my District, but I am looking forward to working with them and getting to know them.”

Outside of work, Tammy loves spending time with her two adult children and two grandchildren. She enjoys outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, and camping and also likes to do indoor activities like sewing and knitting.
