This past summer, the UNY Conference announced the Evenings of Prayer and Witness taking place across the Conference. Last week, further details were provided, noting that the three large gatherings led by Bishop Mark J. Webb in cooperation with the Order of Elders, the Order of Deacons, and the Fellowship of Local Pastors and Associate Members will be held:

    • Oct. 3 at Liverpool UMC - 6:30-8:30 p.m.
    • Oct. 18 at Saratoga Springs UMC - 6:30-8:30 p.m.
    • Oct. 24 at Rush UMC - 6:30-8:30 p.m.

The Oct. 3 and Oct. 18 gatherings will also be livestreamed, enabling you to watch “live” from any computer. There will be a link to the livestream available on the front page of the Conference website.

Additionally, there will also be satellite locations where you can watch the livestream in fellowship with others. The satellite viewings will provide the opportunity for small-group discussions. The following churches will host satellite viewings on the following dates:

New Hartford First UMC (Oct. 3)
    Bemus Point UMC (Oct. 18)
    Canton UMC (Oct. 18)
    Cobleskill UMC (Oct. 18)
Elmira: New Beginnings UMC (Oct. 18)

    Seneca Falls UMC (Oct. 18)
    Springville UMC (Oct. 18)
