Salt of the Earth Missions: Walk on Water

Salt of the Earth Missions: Walk on Water is an exciting opportunity for youth who have completed grades 6-12 to spend intentional time together this summer serving, learning, and growing in their relationship with God and others. From July 31 - August 3, 2025, participants will take part in mission work at sites such as Watertown Urban Mission, a food pantry, and children’s ministry programs, with host churches First United Methodist Church of Watertown and Asbury United Methodist Church providing space for gathering and rest. Each day will include unique worship experiences, culminating in a Sunday morning service with the host church before departure. All program elements—including service opportunities, meals, recreation, worship, and sleeping arrangements—are coordinated by the Conference Council of Youth Ministry (CCYM) and Upper New York Missional Engagement.
