    Bishop’s words and pastoral advice

    Bishop Mark J. Webb is writing a series of letters to clergy in the Upper New York Conference during the coronavirus pandemic. The words shared offer pastoral advice to clergy, certified lay ministers, and other congregational leaders. The first letter was sent on March 17, 2020. Although intended for clergy, they are available for anyone to read. Links will be added as correspondence continues.
