    Spiritual Practice and Handbook

    This handbook includes a number of long-standing Christian spiritual practices. The handbook can be used to complement a variety of spiritual formation activities and can be used by individuals to support and nurture their own spiritual lives. It offers guidance for engaging the practice as well as a brief history and heritage of each practice.
