UNY United Methodist Historical Society announces Historical Society member dues for 2016

The Upper New York United Methodist Historical Society announces membership dues. For those who join in 2016, the dues this year will be $5. Society membership includes access to the UNY United Methodist Historical Society Facebook closed group. As a closed group, reading and adding posts on the Facebook site is restricted to qualifying members. While joining Facebook is necessary for access, each person can choose his/her own Facebook privacy settings.
Please send a dues check for $5 per member payable to “Upper New York Conference,” with a notation in the memo line, “UNY Historical Society.” This can be sent for initial processing to:

Also, be sure that your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and any special interests are provided. After registration in the Historical Society, the check will be then be forwarded for further processing.
The Upper New York United Methodist Historical Society focuses on the Methodist history within the area that is now the Upper New York Conference. Such history includes earlier Methodist predecessor groups, such as Evangelical United Brethren. The Upper New York Commission on Archives and History (UNYCAH) was authorized at the June 2015 Upper New York Annual Conference session to organize the United Methodist Historical Society for the Conference. Its theme is “Preserve the PAST; Inform the FUTURE.”
