UNY Conference switches event registration system

The Upper New York Conference has officially transitioned to a more user-friendly event registration system: EventSpot by Constant Contact. It’s “a professional way to promote and manage almost any kind of event for small businesses and organizations,” according to the website.
The switch from Mission Connect to EventSpot comes as a result of feedback the Conference has received about the former registration system.
“What we heard was that our old system was cumbersome, difficult to navigate, and required too much upkeep,” said Stephen J. Hustedt, Conference Director of Communications. “We had the option to continue working with a system that wasn’t meeting the needs of the people we serve, or start over again. We think starting over with EventSpot is the right decision to move us forward.”
All new event registrations submitted to the Conference will be processed through EventSpot.
