    The Rev. Dr. Sherri Rood and the Rev. Kolvik-Campbell upcoming installation services

    In January 2022, Upper New York (UNY) Area Resident Bishop, Mark J. Webb, announced his intention to appoint the Rev. Dr. Sherri Rood to the Southern Tier Region and assigned as Superintendent of the Mountain View District and the Rev. Robert Kolvik-Campbell to the Southern Tier Region and assigned as Superintendent of the Binghamton and Oneonta Districts. The appointments were effective July 1, 2022.

    Rev. Dr. Rood replaces the Rev. Dr. Jeff McDowell and Rev. Kolvik-Campbell replaces the Rev. Nancy Adams who both have served eight years as District Superintendents.

    Rev. Dr. Rood and Rev. Kolvik-Campbell both have installation services this fall.

    The installation service for Rev. Kolvik-Campbell will be a combined service for the Binghamton and Oneonta Districts, held at Founder’s Lodge at Sky Lake Camp & Retreat Center on Sunday, Sept. 25 at 3 p.m.

    The installation service for Dr. Rood will be held at Bath: Centenary UMC on Sunday Oct. 2 at 4 p.m.

    Both installation services will be covered by the UNY Communications team
