March 18, 2015 / By Ashley Riddell / .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Clergy and laity will be elected as delegates to 2016 General and Jurisdictional conferences during the 2015 session of Annual Conference. All Conference elders and deacons in full connection are eligible for election, but if you are not feeling called to serve in this way you can have your name removed from the official election ballot by completing the Option to Remove Name from Clergy Delegate Ballot.

Please complete all sections of the form, including signature, and mail to: Conference Secretary, c/o Upper New York Conference, 324 University Ave., 3rd floor, Syracuse, N.Y. 13210 or email your completed form to dcmoffice@unyumc.org. The deadline to return this form is April 10. Please note, all eligible clergy will still retain their right to be considered for election, and you may rescind this form and have your name returned to the official election ballot at any time before the end of the election process by contacting the Conference secretary.
