    2022 Northeastern Jurisdictional Conference

    The Northeastern Jurisdictional (NEJ) Conference was held November 2-4, 2022 in College Park, Maryland.


    On Wednesday, November 2, Rev. Hector Burgos, currently serving as the Central District Superintendent in Greater New Jersey Conference, was elected as bishop of the Northeastern Jurisdiction. On Friday, November 4, Rev. Burgos was assigned as bishop to the Upper New York Conference beginning on January 1, 2023 following the retirement of Bishop Mark J. Webb.

    The 2024 NEJ Conference is scheduled to take place in Western Pennsylvania. Dates for the Conference aren't available yet.
