2016 Petitions and Resolutions

Please note: AC 2016 Petitions/Resolutions are due Feb. 16, 2016.

The Committee on Petitions and Resolutions is charged with overseeing the submission, review and presentation of petitions and resolutions to the Annual Conference.

All resolutions and petitions for the 2016 session must be submitted to the Committee no later than Feb. 16, 2016. Submissions should emailed to the Director of Connectional Ministries Office at DCMOffice@unyumc.org.

Writing and Submission Guidelines as well as a Petition and Resolution Template can be found by clicking the links below. Petitions and resolutions for General Conference will also be considered at the 2016 session. Information about those is included in the guidelines.

Also: All reports and materials to be published in the Pre-Conference Booklet are due on March 1, 2016. These items should also be submitted to DCMOffice@unyumc.org.
