After the prayerful discernment of the cabinet, Bishop Héctor A. Burgos Núñez announces the following appointments. All appointments, otherwise noted, are effective July 1, 2026.

• Lida Merrill from SY @ Carlton & Hemlock UMCs to part-time local pastor at Carlton & Hemlock UMCs, Genesee Valley District (1/21/2026).

• Patricia Johnson from SY @ Apple Valley to part-time local pastor at Apple Valley, Crossroads District (1/21/2026).

• Darryl Barrow from personal leave of absence to paragraph 345 less than full time to Kenmore UCC church, Niagara Frontier District (1/1/2026).

• Youngjae Jee from Jonesville UMC to Rochester: Covenant UMC, Genesee Valley District.
