EQ-HR Center for Emotional Intelligence and Human Relations

Emotional Quotient is our ability to recognize our own emotions and the emotions of others in order to enhance social relationships and leadership capacity. The first workshop is a week long experience that several in our Annual Conference have engaged. Their website is http://www.eqhrcenter.org/ where you can find more information. Upper New York has entered into an agreement with the EQ-HR Center to have the training in our area this fall, November 14-18, 2016 in Latham, NY. Registration is currently open through the EQ-HR Center, and it would be great to have to see more people share this journey of leadership development.

    EQ-HR Center FAQ

What is the EQ-HR Center for Emotional Intelligence and Human Relations?

"There are a few other opportunities to help develop as a leader. Through the work of the EQ-HR Center for Emotional Intelligence and Human Relations, leaders are unlocking their fullest potential by becoming more aware of their own emotions and the emotions of those around them. One participant said, “I have invested years and thousands of dollars in developing my leadership. The EQ-HR Workshop is probably the most important training I have done.” Others have shared the same sentiment remarking that the EQ-HR Workshop is not a remedial, or punitive tool, it is an essential tool for developing leaders to their fullest potential. For more information about the workshop as well as upcoming opportunities to attend a workshop visit the EQ-HR Center’s website."
