    Getting There
    The 2018 Annual Conference is being held at the SRC Arena at Onondaga Community College (OCC), located at 4585 West Seneca Turnpike, Syracuse NY 13215. Click here to learn about shuttle service to and from OCC, driving, and parking during Annual Conference.

    Clergy Session and Laity Session
    Clergy Session and Laity Session will be held on Wednesday, May 30 from 7-9 p.m. (not Thursday mornings like in the past) at OCC's SRC Arena. Clergy must check-in at the registration table prior to heading to their session and shuttle service to and from area hotels will NOT be offered this night.     All meals will be buffet style with the exception of special banquets. New this year is a continental-style breakfast from 7-9 AM Thursday morning, welcoming guests as they arrive to Annual Conference. Click here to view the Wholely Grounds menu at The ROAD, a coffee house and New Faith Community of The United Methodist Church. They're located about a mile from OCC at 4845 W. Seneca Turnpike.

    Display Tables
    Program teams and groups affiliated with the Upper New York Conference may request to have a display table at Annual Conference. Tables will be set up in Allyn Hall Gymnasium at Onondaga Community College and will be open starting Thursday, May 31 at 12 p.m. Click here to read the display area guidelines and to download a fillable PDF request form.
