Intentional interim ministry equips pastors to lead churches in times of change with healing, clarity, and hope. When a church faces pastoral loss—whether through retirement, illness, conflict, or tragedy— the Upper New York Conference is equipping pastors with specialized training to help congregations navigate these challenging seasons and prepare for new leadership.
