The Mohawk District Office is located at 105 Genesee St., New Hartford, NY 13413.

Directions:  
From the East: Take New York State Thruway West to exit 31 toward I-790/NY8/NY12 Utica. Keep left at fork and follow signs for Genesee Street South/NY 5S/Downtown Utica. Keep right at fork and head toward N. Genesee Street. Turn right at N. Genesee Street. Travel 5 miles to 105 Genesee Street, destination is on left. 
From the West: Take New York State Thruway East to exit 32 toward NY-233 Westmoreland. Left on NY 233 South. Left onto NY 5 East/Seneca Turnpike for 4.5 miles. Right at NY 12-S/Genesee Street. Continue for 0.7 miles. Destination is on right.
All Routes: District office entrance is in the rear, right corner of the New Hartford First United Methodist Church building.
