Registration for the 2013 Annual Conference Session closed
Online registration for the 2013 Annual Conference is closed. The next opportunity to register will be from 3-4:30 p.m. May 29, 2013 and beginning at 7:30 a.m. on May 30 at the OnCenter in Syracuse. A $50 registration fee will be assessed on any registrations completed onsite. Those registering onsite will have to make their own hotel arrangements.

Luncheon Workshop Descriptions
The 2013 Annual Conference Session will include a series of luncheon workshops. Those attending the Session are urged to attend at least one of the eight workshops being offered both Friday, May 31, and Saturday, June 1.

2013 Annual Conference petition/resolution guidelines announced

The Upper New York Annual Conference Committee on Petitions & Resolutions has released its 2013 Writing and Submission Guidelines for those who wish to put a petition or resolution before the 2013 Annual Conference. Submissions are due by by March 1, 2013. DETAILS

Bible Study Leader: The Rev. Grace Imathiu
According to the editor’s notes from her book "Words of Fire, Sprit of Grace," the Rev. Grace Imathiu is "one of those great preachers who can make us think, who can even make us laugh while we are thinking. She knows how to tell a story." Rev. Imathiu is the Bible study leader for the 2013 Annual Conference Session. DETAILS

Memorial Service Preacher: The Rev. Dr. William Pegg
The Rev. Dr. William Pegg, senior pastor at the Rush United Methodist Church (Genesee Valley District), has been chosen as the preacher for the annual Memorial Service during the 2013 Annual Conference Session. DETAILS
