Retired Clergy and Equalization Member Room Reimbursement Clergy retirees and equalization members are also asked to make their own room reservations directly with the housing bureau. After conference is concluded, equalization members and retirees may request reimbursement for the cost of housing for half of the cost of the room up to $50 per night per clergy retiree or equalization member by submitting a Reimbursement Request Form and receipts for your actual stay to the Treasurer’s office immediately following the AC event. You may also request a hard copy of the form from Leah Robinson by calling (855) 424-7878, ext. 303. |
