Statistical Reporting by the Local Church
ALL 2011 STATISTICAL REPORTING iNTO THE GCFA WEB SITE NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED BY 3/15/2012.
The 2011 Statistical Table reporting process for the Upper New York Annual Conference is done using the GCFA web based system called EZRA. You may access the log in to this site at http://ezra.gcfa.org/Login.aspx. All reporting is requested via this website. If your church cannot do its reporting electronically, you may request paper documents to complete and submit directly to the Upper New York Annual Conference Treasurer's Office, Attn: Leah Robinson. Please contact Leah at 855-424-7878, ext. 303 for forms.
The site contains instructions for use of the system and these are also reproduced here for you. Note that, while the pictures in the booklet may represent the look of the older system, the functionality of EZRA is essentially the same as the previous system. The options for selection are listed in the banner that runs across the page after you sign in. Please explore each section so that you become more comfortable with how the system functions.
If you have never used the on-line system at your church, then your church's user name and password for the initial log-in is your six digit GCFA number. Once accessed, please change your password.
If you lose your password or forget your user name, etc., the Treasurer's office at the conference is able to assist you by looking at your account and, if necessary, doing a reset on your password. We do not have the ability to look up the currently existing passwords.
