    The UNY Communications Ministry Area starts prepping for Annual Conference (AC) months before the AC session begins each year. They are responsible for compiling most and editing all printed materials related to AC (The Journal Volume I, the Worship Booklets, and the Annual Conference Guide, for example).     Publishing the printed materials for the Upper New York Annual Conference is a year-round effort. Our largest publication is the Journal, which is published in two volumes. Vol. I of the Journal is published before Annual Conference and Vol. II of the Journal is published after.
