Trina Obrist fills Accounts Receivable vacancy

The Upper New York Conference is pleased to announce that Trina Obrist will now be working with the Finance Ministry Area.
Trina’s primary position is Accounts Receivable, which means she will be handling the processing of the daily cash receipts, monthly billing to the churches, and other entities; data entry into the Accounting software; assistance with monthly reconciliations and other necessary functions; and more.
Trina has an Associate Degree in Accounting from Bryant & Stratton and she attended SUNY Oswego, where she majored in Mathematics. She spent the last 29 years working for Byrne Dairy in their corporate office. Her first 11 years were in the convenience store operations as an Accounts Payable Clerk and then she migrated to the Byrne Corp. and for the past 18 years she continued working on Accounts Payable and also Payroll. She eventually took over the Payroll Administrator position where she made sure all employees in the production and distribution facets of the company were paid.
Trina said, “I am happy to return to my accounting roots and look forward to many years here at the Conference.”
Trina replaces Vicky Jo Colbert who has moved to Texas to be closer to her family.
