Bishop Matthews tours Northern Flow District

As part of his tour of all the 12 districts in Upper New York Area, Resident Bishop Marcus Matthews visited Northern Flow District where he met with clergy and laity in separate meetings at Gouverneur United Methodist Church in Gouverneur on Oct. 12. Here are some of the images from both meetings.
