    • 4 – 7:30 p.m.: Open House at New Conference Center, 7481 Henry Clay Blvd., Liverpool, NY
    • 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.: Syracuse City Church Witness Event @ Columbus Circle in the city of Syracuse. There will be music, testimony, and prayer.
    • 7:30 p.m.: Dedication of New Conference Center, 7481 Henry Clay Blvd., Liverpool, NY

    • 7:30 a.m.: Registration
    • 8:15 a.m.: Blessing of the Space
    • 9:15 a.m.: Opening Worship, Bishop Webb preaching (offering for Mission Central HUB)
    • 11:30 a.m.: Lunch/ Extension Ministry luncheon (by invitation only)
    • 1 p.m.: Clergy session - (Clergy Care Fund Offering); Laity session - (Helping Hands Fund Offering)
    • 2:45 p.m.: Short Break
    • 3 p.m.: Plenary 
    • 5:30 p.m.: Dinner/Memorial Dinner (by invitation only)                                  
    • 7 p.m.: Memorial Service                                                                                        
    • 8:30 p.m.: Plenary (if necessary)
