    Monthly Statements

    All churches within the Upper New York Annual Conference have access to monthly statements using the link below. Both the user name and password are the GCFA number of the church. To elect to use only on-line invoicing, please complete the Billing Information Update form and submit it to the Finance Ministry team via fax at (315) 898-2198; via email as an attachment sent to mike@unyumc.org; or via postal mail at the conference office address: UNYAC, 7481 Henry Clay Blvd., Liverpool, NY 13088.

Questions regarding your benefit amounts invoiced and coverage should go to the Benefits Office via email: BenefitsOffice@unyumc.org.
